Office managers work closely with our doctors and team members to bring organization, consistency, and guidance.  From helping to ensure a positive patient experience, to helping coordinate and encourage staff success, we understand the important role a manager plays in daily operations.  Work with a highly trained staff while receiving support from experienced professionals in management, human resources, and marketing. Skills / Requirements

 

• 5 Years+ dental practice office management experience

• Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, collections, and Medicare

• Motivated Team leader with strong communication skills

• Computer proficiency

• Experience with Dentrix/Orthotrac a plus but not required

• Beneficial Certifications (NOT REQUIRED)

  • EFDA 

  • Coronal Polish

  • X-ray

  • CPR

• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
